How to Delete Your Account - WA Scheduler

WA Scheduler is an independent app by Binary Script. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC, used here only to describe what the app works with.
This page explains how to delete your WA Scheduler data and, if you have one, your WA Scheduler account.
Your scheduled messages, Status posts, lists, library, occasions, send history and linked-device session are stored only on your phone. We never receive them.
An account exists only in India, where you sign in with Google to subscribe.
Outside India: No Account
Outside India there is no WA Scheduler account. To remove everything:
- In WA Scheduler, open Settings and tap "Unlink" to remove the linked device. You can also remove it in WhatsApp, under Linked devices.
- Uninstall WA Scheduler. This deletes everything the App stored on your phone.
India: Delete Your Account
- Send an email to support@binaryscript.com from the Google email address you signed in with
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - WA Scheduler"
- We will delete your account and subscription record from our backend within 30 days
To remove the data on your phone as well, unlink and uninstall the App as described above.
What Is Deleted
From our backend (India)
- Your name, email address and Google account ID
- Your device model, country and language
- Your subscription status
From your phone (when you uninstall)
- Scheduled messages and Status posts, with their text and photos
- Lists, library items, occasions and send history
- The linked-device session
What May Be Kept
- Payment records that the law requires us to keep
- Analytics and crash data, which Firebase keeps according to its retention settings and which are not linked to your account
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Outside India: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then cancel WA Scheduler
- India: cancel the AutoPay mandate in your UPI app (or PhonePe)
