Refund Policy Overview

Binaryscript Private Limited does not issue refunds for in-app purchases made in Shadestack. All sales are final. Refund requests are decided by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies, as described below.

Shadestack is free to download and to play. It offers optional in-app purchases of items with fixed contents, such as coin packs, boosters, bundles and the option to remove the ads shown between levels. Each item's contents and price are shown before you buy, and there are no paid random rewards. Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Binaryscript Private Limited ("BinaryScript", "we", "us", or "our") does not directly process payments or issue refunds.

If a store refunds a purchase, the items it granted may be removed from the App.

All Purchases Are Final

All purchases made in Shadestack are final and non-refundable by BinaryScript. This includes, but is not limited to:

Coins, boosters and other items have no value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for money, as described in our Terms of Service. Shadestack can be played in full without buying anything, and we encourage you to play it before making a purchase.

Lost Progress Is Not Grounds for a Refund

Shadestack has no account: your progress, coins and boosters are stored on your device. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data or changing devices without a device backup can lose unspent coins and boosters. The remove-ads purchase can always be restored from the App's Settings on the same store account.

Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are an Indian consumer, your non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain in force. Where any law requires us to offer refunds in specific circumstances, we will comply with those legal obligations.

If a purchase was charged but its items did not arrive, or remove-ads does not restore, please contact us at support@binaryscript.com with your device model and the store's order number. We will make every effort to resolve the problem, including granting items that were paid for but not delivered.
