How to Delete Your SecretCall Account

Introduction
We respect your right to delete your SecretCall account and personal data. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and what data will be removed.
SecretCall offers two methods for account deletion:
- In-App Deletion (Recommended - Fastest)
- Email Request
Important Information Before You Delete
What You Should Know
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Any remaining subscription minutes will be forfeited
- Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play
- Your phone number can be used to create a new account later
- You will lose access to your call history stored on our servers
What Gets Deleted from Our Servers
When you delete your SecretCall account, the following data will be permanently removed from our backend within 30 days:
- Account Information: Your phone number and registration details
- Profile Data: Name and other profile information
- Call Metadata: Records of call duration, timestamps, and destination numbers
- Subscription Information: Minute balance and subscription status
- Device Information: Device IDs and authentication tokens
What Remains on Your Device
Local Data Privacy
The following data stored locally on your device will NOT be automatically deleted:
- Call History: Your local call records remain on your device
- App Cache: Temporary files and cached data
To remove this data: Clear app data from your device settings or uninstall the SecretCall app.
Method 1: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the SecretCall app:
Steps:
- Open the SecretCall app on your device
- Tap the menu icon or profile/settings
- Navigate to Settings or Account
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Read the warning carefully about data loss and subscription forfeiture
- Confirm by entering your phone number or tapping "Delete My Account"
- Your account will be queued for deletion and you will be logged out
Method 2: Email Request for Account Deletion
You can request account deletion by contacting us via email:
Email Deletion Request Instructions:
- Send an email to: support@binaryscript.in
- Use the subject line: "SecretCall - Account Deletion Request"
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your registered phone number (used for sign-up)
- Confirmation statement: "I request permanent deletion of my SecretCall account"
- (Optional) Reason for deletion (helps us improve)
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted

Hello BinaryScript Team,
I request permanent deletion of my SecretCall account associated with the phone number: +91-XXXXXXXXXX
I understand that this action is irreversible, all my remaining minutes will be forfeited, and all my account data will be permanently deleted from your servers.

Before You Delete: Cancel Active Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, you MUST cancel it separately through Google Play to avoid future charges:
For Google Play (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Find SecretCall and tap it
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm
Important
Deleting your SecretCall account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel through Google Play to stop future billing.
Data Retention Timeline
After account deletion request:
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated, and you cannot log in
- Within 7 days: We process your deletion request
- Within 30 days: All personal information is permanently deleted from our servers
- Call metadata: Retained for up to 90 days for compliance, then permanently deleted
Re-Creating Your Account
If you change your mind and want to use SecretCall again:
- You can create a new account using the same phone number
- All previous data will be gone (no recovery possible)
- Previous call history and minute balance will NOT be restored
- You will receive 2 free minutes as a new user
- Previous subscription does not carry over
