How to Delete Your Account

If you want your AutoSMS Excel account and its data deleted, follow the steps below.
Who has an account: only users in India who signed in with Google to subscribe through PhonePe (UPI AutoPay). Outside India the app has no account: everything stays on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes it.
Important: Stop Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
- India (PhonePe / UPI AutoPay): open your UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM...), go to AutoPay / Mandates, find AutoSMS Excel and cancel it.
- Google Play: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > AutoSMS Excel > Cancel subscription.
Understanding Your Data
AutoSMS Excel stores data in two locations:
1. Local Data (On Your Phone)
The following data is stored only on your phone and is never sent to our servers:
- Recipient lists
- Phone contacts you picked
- Message templates
- Campaigns
- App settings
This data is deleted when you uninstall the app (or when you delete campaigns and templates in the app).
2. Server Data (India Sign-In Only)
The following data is stored on our server:
- Your name, email address and Google account identifier
- Subscription status and payment order references
- Approximate location (city, state, country)
- Device model, Android version and app language
- Firebase app instance identifier
This data requires a deletion request to remove.
How to Delete Your Account
Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription
See "Stop Your Subscription First" above.
Step 2: Sign Out in the App
In the app, Settings > Delete Account signs you out on this phone. It does not delete your account from our server; for that, send the email in Step 3.
Step 3: Send an Account Deletion Request
Email us at: support@binaryscript.com
Subject: Account Deletion - AutoSMS Excel
Send it from (or name in it) the Google account email you signed in with, and confirm that you want the account deleted.
Step 4: Uninstall the App
Uninstall AutoSMS Excel to remove the data on your phone:
- Go to your phone's Settings
- Navigate to Apps > AutoSMS Excel
- Tap "Uninstall"
What Happens After Deletion
- Server Data: Deleted within 30 days of your request
- Data on Your Phone: Removed when you uninstall the app
- Analytics Data: Kept by Firebase in anonymised form according to its retention settings (up to 14 months)
- Payment Records: Records needed for law, tax or disputes may be kept as the law requires
