How to Delete Your Account - Attendance Tracker

This page explains how to delete your Attendance Tracker data and, if you have one, your Attendance Tracker account.
Your attendance and salary records are stored on your phone. They leave your phone only if you turn on cloud backup.
An account exists only on Android, and only if you signed in with Google to use cloud backup. On iOS there is no account.
Android: Delete Your Account and Cloud Backups
- Send an email to support@binaryscript.com from the Google account you used in the app
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Attendance Tracker"
- We will delete your Firebase account and every cloud backup under it within 30 days
In the app, Settings > Account > Delete account currently signs you out of your Google account in the app, the same as Sign out, and the dialog says so. To have your account and backups deleted, send the email above.
iOS: Delete Your iCloud Backups
On iOS there is no account. Backups are kept in your own iCloud, and you delete them there: Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage, then select Attendance Tracker.
Delete the Data on Your Phone
Uninstall Attendance Tracker. This deletes your records and the app's settings from your phone, so make a backup first if you want to keep them.
What Is Deleted
- Your sign-in account: the name, email address and Google account ID kept by Firebase Authentication (Android)
- Every cloud backup stored under your account in Firebase Cloud Storage (Android)
What May Be Kept
- Purchase records kept by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies
- Analytics and crash data, which Firebase keeps according to its retention settings and which are not linked to your account
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then cancel Attendance Tracker
- iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, then cancel Attendance Tracker
