Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AlertMe - SMS Soundbox mobile application ("App") operated by Binaryscript Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

AlertMe is a mobile application that reads incoming bank transaction SMS messages and announces them via text-to-speech voice alerts. The App also provides a passbook-style view of detected transactions.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Permissions and Access

To function properly, AlertMe requires access to your SMS messages. By granting this permission, you authorize the App to read incoming SMS messages for the sole purpose of detecting and announcing bank transaction notifications.

You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. However, doing so will prevent the App from performing its core functionality.

4. Accuracy of Information

a) AlertMe detects and parses bank transaction SMS based on known message formats from Indian banks. While we strive to support as many banks and formats as possible, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in detecting or parsing all transaction SMS.

b) The transaction information displayed in the App is derived from SMS content and is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. It should not be treated as an official bank statement or financial record.

c) We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in transaction detection, missed alerts, or incorrect announcements arising from changes in bank SMS formats, device settings, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Binaryscript Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
