How to Delete Your AirChat Data

AirChat has no sign-in and no account on our servers. Your profile, chats and media are stored only on your device, so you delete them there.
Delete Everything in the App
- Open AirChat
- Go to Settings > Delete account
- Confirm
This deletes, on your device:
- All chats and messages
- The people the App knows
- Received photos, videos, voice notes and files
- Your name, photo and status
Uninstall the App
Uninstalling AirChat also removes everything it stored on your device.
What Is Not Deleted
- Messages and media you sent stay on the other person's device. Only they can delete them there.
- Analytics and crash data (Google Firebase, Meta), which are not linked to a name or email address. For questions or a deletion request, write to support@binaryscript.com.
- Purchase records kept by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your data or uninstalling the App does not cancel an AirChat Hero subscription.
- Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then cancel AirChat
- iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, then cancel AirChat
