These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of BinaryScript Ad Video Uploader (the "Tool"), operated by BinaryScript Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

1. The Tool
The Tool is an internal command-line program that uploads BinaryScript's own ad videos, for its apps on Google Play and the App Store, to YouTube channels BinaryScript owns, as Unlisted videos, for use in BinaryScript's own Google Ads App campaigns.
2. Who May Use the Tool
The Tool may be used only by BinaryScript's own team, on BinaryScript's own computer, and only with YouTube channels BinaryScript owns. It is not public, not distributed or sold, and has no sign-up and no other users.
3. YouTube Terms of Service
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Use of the Tool is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the Tool accesses, stores and uses.
4. Acceptable Use
- Upload only videos that BinaryScript owns or has the right to publish.
- Upload only to channels BinaryScript owns, signed in as the owner of that channel.
- Follow the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies, YouTube's Community Guidelines, and the Google Ads policies that apply to the campaigns the videos are used in.
- Do not use the Tool to access or collect information about any other YouTube user or channel.
5. Content
BinaryScript is responsible for the videos it uploads with the Tool, including their titles, descriptions and tags.
6. Revoking Access
The channel owner can revoke the Tool's access at any time from https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. How stored data is handled after that is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It depends on YouTube API Services, which may change, limit or stop working at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinaryScript Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Tool.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest version.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
