Terms of Service for RapidFlow

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and BinaryScript Private Limited ("Binary Script," "we," "us," or "our") for your use of RapidFlow, a voice typing app for Mac (the "App").

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

RapidFlow is a menu-bar app for Mac. You hold a key, speak and let go, and the App types the text wherever your cursor is. It can also carry out voice commands, polish text with AI, and use cloud speech engines with your own API keys.

3. Free Beta

The App is a free beta. It may contain bugs, change, or stop being available at any time.
There is no payment and no account.
Check what the App typed before you send or submit it. Speech recognition, AI polish and voice commands can make mistakes, and a voice command can press Return or act in another app.

4. Your Own API Keys

Cloud speech engines, cloud AI polish and AI voice commands work only with API keys you add yourself.
Your use of each service is under your own agreement with that provider. You are responsible for following its terms and for any charges it makes.
Keep your keys private. The App stores them in your Mac's Keychain.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the App only on a Mac you own or are allowed to use.
Do not use the App to record or transcribe anyone without the consent the law requires.
Do not try to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or work with every app, Mac or language.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinaryScript Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, text or business, or for any charges from third-party services, arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by quitting and deleting it. We may end the beta or your access if you break these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
