How to Delete Your Account - Offline Shop

This page explains how to delete your Offline Shop data and, if you have one, your Offline Shop account.
Your business data is stored on your phone. It leaves your phone only if you turn on cloud backup, which stores an encrypted copy in Firebase Storage.
You have an account only if you signed in: for cloud backup (any country), or for the PhonePe subscription in India.
If You Never Signed In
There is no Offline Shop account. To remove everything, uninstall Offline Shop. This deletes your business data and the App's settings from your phone, so make a backup first if you want to keep them.
Delete Your Cloud Backups
You can delete your cloud backups at any time from the App's backup screen.
Delete Your Account and Its Data
- Send an email to support@binaryscript.com from the email address of the account you signed in with
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Offline Shop"
- We will delete your account and its data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law
The App's "Delete account" option signs you out on your phone. To have your account and its data deleted, send the email above.
What Is Deleted
- Your cloud backups in Firebase Storage
- Your sign-in account (email address, name and user identifier)
- For PhonePe subscribers in India: the backend account record, your approximate location and your subscription records
To remove the business data on your phone as well, uninstall the App.
What May Be Kept
- Payment records that the law requires us to keep
- Analytics and crash data, which Firebase keeps according to its retention settings
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Google Play: Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then cancel Offline Shop
- App Store: Settings > your name > Subscriptions, then cancel Offline Shop
- PhonePe (India): cancel the AutoPay mandate in your UPI app (or PhonePe)
