By downloading, installing, or using the Notification Manager & Logs mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2.2 Service Requirements

  • Grant necessary permissions for notification access
  • Accept these Terms of Service
  • Be at least 13 years of age

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
  • Use the app for commercial surveillance or unauthorized monitoring
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Circumvent subscription restrictions or payment systems
  • Share or redistribute premium features without proper authorization
5. Privacy and Data Protection
  • All notification data is stored locally on your device
  • We do not have access to your notification content
  • Your notification data never leaves your device except for anonymous analytics
  • Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy
6. Permissions and System Requirements

The app requires the following Android permissions:

  • Notification Access: To read and capture device notifications
  • Internet Access: For analytics and subscription validation
  • Background Operation: To continuously capture notifications
  • Boot Receiver: To automatically start after device restart
  • Battery Optimization Exemption: To prevent system from stopping the service
7. Billing and Payment
  • All payments are processed through Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refund policies are governed by Google Play Store policies
  • You can cancel subscriptions anytime through Google Play Store
8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Binaryscript Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your notification data stored locally on your device.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BINARYSCRIPT PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, abuse our support systems, or attempt to harm or exploit the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but local data remains on your device until you delete it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Children's Safety

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Service and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

14. Amendment

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
