Privacy Policy for Notification Manager & Logs

Introduction
Binaryscript Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Notification Manager & Logs mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who processes it for us, and your rights regarding your personal data.
The short version: the notifications the app captures stay on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else. To run the app, sell subscriptions and measure our advertising, we do process some account, device, payment and usage information, described below.
Information We Collect
1. Notification Data (On Your Device Only)
- What: When you grant notification access, the app captures notifications from other apps on your device: title, text, time, source app, category and priority.
- Where: Stored only in the app's local database on your device.
- Important: Notification content NEVER leaves your device. It is not sent to our servers, to analytics, or to any third party.
2. Account Information (Where Sign-In Is Required)
In some countries (currently India) the app asks you to sign in with your Google account before subscribing. When you sign in, we receive and store on our servers:
- Your name and email address and your Google / Firebase user identifier
- Device information: device identifier, manufacturer, model, Android version, app version
- Your country and app language
- Your approximate location: state, city, country and approximate coordinates, worked out from your internet (IP) address through BigDataCloud. The app does not use GPS and does not ask for location permission. It is sent once per account.
3. Payment and Subscription Information
- Google Play: Subscriptions bought through Google Play are processed by Google. We receive the purchase token and subscription status to unlock premium features; we never see your card or bank details.
- PhonePe (India): Subscriptions in India are paid through PhonePe UPI AutoPay. PhonePe processes the payment; we receive and store the order, mandate and charge status, amounts and dates. We never receive your UPI PIN or bank account details.
4. Analytics, Advertising and Crash Data
- Usage events (Firebase Analytics): app opens, screens viewed, features used, sign-in and subscription steps, and anonymous statistics about notification patterns (source app, category, priority, never content).
- Advertising measurement: The app uses your device's Advertising ID and Firebase app instance ID to tell us which of our Google Ads led to an install, trial or purchase. When you start a trial or pay, our server reports that event (without notification content) to Google Analytics for this purpose. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.
- Crashes and performance (Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring): crash reports, app start time, screen rendering and device/app version.
- App integrity (Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity): checks that requests to our services come from the genuine app.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- The content of your notifications (it never leaves your device)
- Your precise GPS location
- Your contacts, photos or files
- Your card, bank account or UPI PIN details
- Your browsing history outside our app
How We Use Your Information
- Run the app: show, search and organise your notification history on your device.
- Your account and subscription: sign you in, validate purchases, unlock premium features, process renewals and cancellations, and give support.
- Improve the app: understand which features are used, fix crashes and improve performance.
- Measure our advertising: know which ads bring users who install, start a trial or subscribe, so we spend on the ads that work.
- Security: protect our services from misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who Processes Your Data
We share data only with the service providers that run parts of the Service for us:

We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data Security
- Notification data is kept in the app's private storage, protected by Android's app sandbox; only the app can read it.
- All network communication uses HTTPS.
- Access to account data on our servers is restricted to the people who need it to run the Service.
Data Retention
- Notifications: on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
- Account and subscription data: while your account exists; deleted when you ask us to delete your account, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records for tax purposes).
- Analytics: Google Analytics keeps event data for at most 14 months; Crashlytics keeps crash reports for up to 90 days.
Your Rights and Choices
- View and delete notifications: everything the app captured is visible in the app; use "Clear All Data" to delete it, or uninstall the app.
- Delete your account: email support@binaryscript.com from the email address you signed in with and we will delete your account and the data linked to it. See How to Delete Your Account.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in your device's settings.
- Subscriptions: manage or cancel in Google Play, or in your UPI app for PhonePe AutoPay.
- Access and correction: ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.
Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA), you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict processing or to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise them; we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Transfers
Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by the providers' standard safeguards.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version at this address and update the "Last Updated" date; for significant changes we will also tell you in the app.
