Introduction

We respect your right to delete your Mera Mandir account and personal data. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and what data will be removed.

Mera Mandir offers two methods for account deletion:

  1. In-App Deletion (Recommended - Fastest)
  2. Email Request

What You Should Know
  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • You will lose access to all saved preferences and data
  • Your user profile will be deleted from our servers
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid future charges
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Mera Mandir again
What Gets Deleted from Our Servers

When you delete your Mera Mandir account, the following data will be permanently removed from our backend:

To remove this data: Clear app data from your device settings or uninstall the App.

Method 1: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Mera Mandir app:

For Android Users:
  1. Open the Mera Mandir app on your Android device
  2. Tap the menu icon or profile icon
  3. Navigate to Settings
  4. Scroll down to the Account section
  5. Tap "Delete Account"
  6. Read the warning carefully and confirm that you understand the consequences
  7. Tap "Delete My Account Permanently"
  8. Your account will be deleted immediately, and you will be logged out
Method 2: Email Request for Account Deletion

You can request account deletion by contacting us via email:

Email Deletion Request Instructions:
  1. Send an email to: support@binaryscript.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Mera Mandir - Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your registered email address (used for Google Sign-In)
    • Confirmation statement: "I request permanent deletion of my Mera Mandir account"
    • (Optional) Reason for deletion (helps us improve)
  4. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted

Before You Delete: Cancel Active Subscriptions

If you have an active premium subscription, we recommend canceling it before deleting your account to avoid future charges:

For Android (Google Play):
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Find Mera Mandir and tap it
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your app store to stop future billing.
