How to Delete Your Account - Game Screen Recorder Pro

This page explains how to delete your Game Screen Recorder Pro data and, if you have one, your Game Screen Recorder Pro account.
Your recordings are stored only on your phone. They are never uploaded to our servers.
An account exists only in India, where you sign in with Google to subscribe.
Outside India: No Account
Outside India there is no Game Screen Recorder Pro account. To remove everything:
- Delete any recordings you don't want to keep, in the App or with your phone's file manager.
- Uninstall Game Screen Recorder Pro. This deletes the App's settings and data from your phone.
India: Delete Your Account
- Send an email to support@binaryscript.com from the Google email address you signed in with
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Game Screen Recorder Pro"
- We will delete your account and subscription record from our servers within 30 days
In the App, Settings > Delete Account signs you out on your phone and shows this address. Your account is removed from our servers when we receive your email.
What Is Deleted
From our servers (India)
- Your name, email address and Google account ID
- Your device ID, device model, manufacturer and Android version
- Your country, language and approximate location (city and state, worked out from your internet connection)
- Your subscription status
From your phone
- The App's settings and data, when you uninstall it
- Your recordings, when you delete them. Uninstalling may leave recordings saved to your phone's gallery or folders, so delete them there if you want them gone.
What May Be Kept
- Payment records that the law requires us to keep
- Analytics and crash data, which Firebase keeps according to its retention settings and which are not linked to your account
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Outside India: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then cancel Game Screen Recorder Pro
- India: cancel the AutoPay mandate in your UPI app (or PhonePe)
