How to Delete Your Account - Auto Sender for Marketing

We respect your right to manage your personal data. This page explains how to delete your Auto Sender for Marketing account and associated data.
Data Storage Information
All your contact data, campaigns, and message templates are stored locally on your device.
Google/Apple Sign-In is used only for subscription management. No personal campaign data is stored on our servers.
Methods to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Delete Account Through the App
Steps:
- Open the Auto Sender for Marketing app
- Navigate to "Settings" (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap on "Account"
- Select "Delete Account" at the bottom
- Authenticate when prompted (Google/Apple Sign-In)
- Confirm deletion by tapping "Delete My Account Permanently"
Method 2: Request Deletion via Email
Steps:
- Send an email to support@binaryscript.com
- Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Auto Sender for Marketing"
- Include the email associated with your Google/Apple account
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days
Method 3: Uninstall the App
Steps:
- Long-press on the Auto Sender for Marketing app icon
- Select "Uninstall" or drag to "Uninstall"
- Confirm the uninstallation
Note: Uninstalling removes all local data. To delete server-side subscription data, please also submit an email request or use in-app deletion.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Local Data (Deleted Upon Uninstall)
- All contacts and contact groups
- Campaign history and templates
- Message content and media files
- App settings and preferences
- Scheduled campaigns
Server Data (Deleted Upon Account Deletion Request)
- Subscription status and purchase history
- Google/Apple account link
- Analytics data associated with your account
- Crash reports and diagnostic data
Before Deleting Your Account
- This action is irreversible
- You will lose all saved contacts and campaigns
- Cancel your subscription first to avoid future charges
- Export any important data before deletion
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately:
Android (Google Play):
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions
- Find Auto Sender for Marketing and tap "Cancel subscription"
iOS (App Store):
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- Find Auto Sender for Marketing
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Data Retention Period
After account deletion request:
- Local data: Deleted immediately upon uninstall
- Server data: Deleted within 30 days
- Analytics data: Anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes
- Legal requirements: Some data may be retained if required by law
