3. Data Storage and Retention
3.1 Local Storage
  • Primary data storage: All your health data, water logs, and settings are stored locally on your device using SQLite database
  • The App works fully offline without internet connection
  • Local data persists until you uninstall the App or manually delete data
3.2 Cloud Storage (Optional)

If you create an account, certain data is synced to our backend server:

  • User profile (weight, height, age, gender, activity level)
  • Daily goals and preferences
  • Account settings
  • Server Location: India
  • Cloud data is NOT automatically synced for privacy reasons
  • You can use the App without creating an account
3.3 Data Retention Period
  • Local Data: Retained indefinitely on your device until deletion
  • Cloud Data: Retained for 90 days after your last app activity
  • After 90 days of inactivity, your cloud data is automatically deleted
  • Account Data: Retained until you request account deletion
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics retained for up to 26 months
  • Crash Logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging purposes
3.4 Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

  • Delete individual water logs within the App
  • Clear all local data through App settings
  • Export your data before deletion (CSV format)
  • Request complete account deletion by contacting [email protected]
  • Upon account deletion request, we will delete all associated data within 30 days
4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication services, analytics and crash reporting, cloud infrastructure
  • Google Sign-In (Google LLC): OAuth authentication
  • Payment Processors:
    • Google Play Billing (for global subscriptions)

    • Only payment and subscription information is shared
    • We do not store credit card information
