Refund Policy Overview

BinaryScript maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions and in-app purchases made through SSH Terminal. All sales are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

Payments for SSH Terminal subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. BinaryScript ("we", "us", or "our") does not directly process payments or issue refunds.

Google Play Store Refunds

Google Play has its own refund policies that are independent of BinaryScript. According to Google's policy:

  • Google Play may offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase at their discretion
  • To request a refund from Google, visit Google Play Order History
  • Google makes all final decisions regarding refunds for Google Play purchases
  • Any refund granted by Google is at Google's sole discretion and is not provided by BinaryScript
Apple App Store Refunds

Apple has its own refund policies that are independent of BinaryScript. According to Apple's policy:

  • You may request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem website
  • Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision
  • Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple according to their own policies
  • Any refund granted by Apple is at Apple's sole discretion and is not provided by BinaryScript
Subscription Cancellations
For Google Play (Android):

You may cancel your SSH Terminal subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
  4. Tap "Subscriptions"
  5. Find the SSH Terminal subscription and tap it
  6. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions
For Apple App Store (iOS):

You may cancel your SSH Terminal subscription through your iOS device settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find SSH Terminal and tap it
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Important notes about subscription cancellations:

  • Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal only
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable
  • No refunds are provided for partial use or early termination
  • You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
All Purchases Are Non-Refundable

All purchases made through SSH Terminal are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Yearly subscriptions
  • Lifetime purchases
  • Any other in-app purchases
  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
  • Purchases where the user has accessed or used premium features
  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date

We encourage you to review the app features carefully and take advantage of any free trial periods (if available) before making a purchase.

Technical Support

If you experience technical issues with SSH Terminal, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will make every effort to resolve technical problems, but technical issues do not entitle users to a refund from BinaryScript.

Fraudulent Purchases and Chargebacks

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:

  • Contact your app store (Google Play or Apple) immediately to report unauthorized charges
  • Secure your account by changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication

Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to premium features. Please contact us or your app store before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Fair Usage Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious purchase or refund patterns
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in refund fraud or abuse
  • Limit future purchases for users with excessive refund requests through app stores
  • Take appropriate action against accounts that exploit refund policies

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
