How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your PayAlert account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@binaryscript.com
- Use the subject line: "PayAlert Account Deletion Request"
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account
What Data Will Be Deleted
PayAlert does not collect or store personal data on our servers. All your data is stored locally on your device. When you request account deletion:
- We will delete any analytics data associated with your device
- Any crash reports or diagnostic data will be removed from our systems
- To delete local app data from your device, simply uninstall the PayAlert app
Data Retention Period
Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receiving your email. During this period:
- Any analytics data will be securely deleted from our servers within 30 days
- Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you
- We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)
Important Notes
- PayAlert stores all user data locally on your device
- To completely remove app data, uninstall the PayAlert app from your device
- This deletion request removes any analytics data we may have collected
