These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Focus Timer mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Focus Timer is a productivity application that helps users manage work and break intervals using the Pomodoro technique. The App offers both free and premium features.

Free and Premium Features

Free Features:

  • Basic timer functionality
  • Session tracking
  • Custom timer durations

Premium Features:

  • Extended customization options
  • Additional statistics and insights
  • Ad-free experience
Purchases and Subscriptions
  • In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Prices are displayed in the App before purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
  • No refunds for the current subscription period are provided after purchase
User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Interfere with the operation of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Intellectual Property
  • The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit the App in any way without our prior written consent
Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to the App and Terms
  • We may update the App from time to time
  • We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting
  • Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms
Termination
  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease
Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
