DailyGreet Subscription - Refund Policy

Thank you for using DailyGreet. This document outlines our refund and cancellation policy for subscription services offered through the DailyGreet application.

Subscription Details

DailyGreet offers subscription-based premium features that enable users to create and share personalized greeting cards with photos and additional design elements. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Monthly Plan: Automatically renews every month until canceled
  • Annual Plan: Automatically renews every year until canceled

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  1. Go to your device's subscription management settings:
    • iOS: App Store → Account → Subscriptions → DailyGreet → Cancel Subscription
    • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → DailyGreet → Cancel Subscription
  2. After cancellation:
    • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
    • No additional charges will be made once your subscription is canceled
    • You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your current subscription period

Refund Eligibility

Automatic Refunds

Automatic refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability: If premium features become unavailable for a significant period
  • Technical issues: If you're unable to access premium features due to technical problems on our end
  • Accidental purchase: In case of accidental or unauthorized purchases (subject to verification)
Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  1. iOS Users: Contact Apple Support directly through the App Store or visit Apple Support
  2. Android Users: Contact Google Play Support through the Play Store or visit Google Play Help
  3. Direct Support: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your purchase details

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Apple/Google Play Store policies take precedence as they process all payments
  • Processing time for approved refunds typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution

Special Circumstances

Trial Subscriptions

If you cancel during a free trial period:

  • Your access to premium features will end immediately upon cancellation
  • You will not be charged for the subscription
Price Changes

If subscription prices change:

  • You will be notified in advance before any price changes take effect
  • You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies
