3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
- Users under 18 must have parental consent
- Users under 13 are prohibited from using the App
3.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
- You are responsible for all activities that occur through your use of the App
- You must provide accurate information when using the App
3.3 WhatsApp Requirements

- The accessibility service only performs actions you explicitly request

- Compliance: You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service

4.3 WhatsApp Account Risks

5.3 Billing Terms
- Payment Processing: Handled by Google Play Store

- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through Google Play Store
- Refunds: Subject to Google Play Store refund policy
- Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with notice
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
6.1 Acceptable Use

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- All messages will be delivered successfully
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL BINARY SCRIPT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- WhatsApp account suspension or termination
- Any decisions made based on analytics or reports generated by the App
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App will cease immediately
- If termination is due to a Terms violation, you will not be entitled to a refund
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
