  • Send automated messages via WhatsApp using accessibility services
  • Import contacts from device and CSV files
  • Create and use message templates
  • Track campaign performance and statistics
  • Access premium features through subscription plans
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Age Requirements
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
  • Users under 18 must have parental consent
  • Users under 13 are prohibited from using the App
3.2 Account Responsibility
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur through your use of the App
  • You must provide accurate information when using the App
3.3 WhatsApp Requirements
  • You must have a valid WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account
  • Your WhatsApp account must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • You are responsible for any consequences related to your WhatsApp account
4. WhatsApp Integration and Automation
4.1 Accessibility Service Usage
  • The App uses Android Accessibility Services to interact with WhatsApp
  • This service is used solely for automating message sending
  • We do not access, read, or store your WhatsApp messages or chats
  • The accessibility service only performs actions you explicitly request
4.2 User Responsibilities for WhatsApp Usage
  • Compliance: You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • Spam Prevention: You must not use the App to send spam or unwanted messages
  • Consent: You must have consent from recipients before sending messages
  • Rate Limits: You must respect the App's built-in rate limiting features
  • Content: You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send
4.3 WhatsApp Account Risks
  • Account Suspension: WhatsApp may suspend accounts for policy violations
  • Detection Risk: Automated messaging may be detected by WhatsApp
  • No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee your WhatsApp account will remain active
  • User Liability: You accept all risks associated with automated messaging
4.4 Prohibited WhatsApp Activities

  • Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access
5.2 Premium Features

  • Campaign deletion capabilities
  • Priority customer support
5.3 Billing Terms
  • Payment Processing: Handled by Google Play Store
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through Google Play Store
  • Refunds: Subject to Google Play Store refund policy
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with notice
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
6.1 Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for:

  • Legitimate business marketing purposes
  • Personal communication with consent
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Purposes consistent with these Terms
6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use the App for:

  • Not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Not violate intellectual property rights
  • Not contain false or misleading information
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • All messages will be delivered successfully
8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BINARY SCRIPT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • WhatsApp account suspension or termination
  • Any decisions made based on analytics or reports generated by the App
9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will cease immediately
  • If termination is due to a Terms violation, you will not be entitled to a refund
10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
