Terms of Service for Game Booster

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game Booster mobile application ("App"). Please read these Terms carefully. By using Game Booster, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. App Description

Game Booster is a performance optimization mobile application for Android devices that provides:

  • Real-time device performance monitoring (CPU, RAM, battery, temperature, network)
  • RAM optimization and memory clearing features
  • Gaming mode to optimize device settings for gaming
  • Game detection and quick launch capabilities
  • Performance alerts and system health monitoring
2. Your Use of Game Booster

To use Game Booster, you must:

  • Grant the necessary permissions required for the app to function (as detailed in our Privacy Policy)
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction)
  • Not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
3. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Please be aware of the following limitations:

  • Device Compatibility: Game Booster's effectiveness may vary depending on your device manufacturer, Android version, and hardware specifications.
  • Performance Optimization: While the app can help optimize performance, results depend on device capabilities and running applications. We do not guarantee specific performance improvements.
  • Game Detection: Game detection relies on package names and app categories. Some games may not be automatically detected.
  • Battery and Temperature Monitoring: Readings are dependent on device sensors and may not be 100% accurate.
  • RAM Optimization: The Android operating system may restart background processes after clearing. Results vary by Android version and device manufacturer.
  • Gaming Mode Limitations: Some features (e.g., Do Not Disturb, brightness control) require specific permissions that you may choose to deny.
4. User Account (Optional)

Game Booster offers optional user account creation via Google Sign-In:

  • An account is NOT required to use core features
  • Account creation allows you to sync preferences across devices
  • By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings
5. Permissions and System Access

Game Booster requires various Android permissions to function. By granting these permissions, you understand and agree that:

  • Usage Stats: Used to monitor CPU, RAM, and detect running apps and games
  • Kill Background Processes: Required for RAM optimization features
  • Query All Packages: Used to detect installed games on your device
  • System Settings: Optional permissions for gaming mode optimizations (brightness, audio, network)
  • All permissions are used solely for their stated purposes as detailed in our Privacy Policy
  • You can revoke permissions at any time, though this may limit app functionality
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design elements, and code, is owned by Binary Script and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Transfer, sublicense, sell, or assign your rights to use the App
  • Use the App's name, logo, or branding without written permission
7. User Data and Privacy

Game Booster processes device performance information locally on your device:

  • Device performance data (CPU, RAM, temperature, etc.) is processed locally and not uploaded to our servers
  • Anonymous analytics events are sent to Firebase Analytics to help improve the app
  • Crash reports are automatically sent to Firebase Crashlytics for debugging purposes

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results or performance metrics will be accurate, reliable, or complete
  • Any errors or bugs will be corrected in a specific timeframe
  • The App will improve device or gaming performance
10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BINARY SCRIPT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Device damage or performance degradation
  • Data loss due to RAM clearing or process termination
  • Game performance issues or crashes
  • Battery drain or device overheating
  • Any decisions made based on performance metrics displayed by the App

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP (IF ANY).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Binary Script and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
12. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any features within it) at any time with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time:

  • Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date
  • Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email (if you have an account)
  • Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
  • If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must stop using the App
13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • At our sole discretion for any reason
  • Upon your request

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will cease immediately
  • All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect
  • You should uninstall the App from your device
14. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

  • Firebase (Google): For authentication, analytics, and crash reporting
  • Google Play Services: For Google Sign-In functionality

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party services.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

  • Informal negotiation first
  • If unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law
  • Each party will bear their own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator
16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Binary Script regarding the use of Game Booster and supersede any prior agreements.
